Body of Christ,
Oh give thanks unto the Lord for He is good.
Thanksgiving day, is an annual national holiday in the United States and Canada celebrating the harvest and other blessings of the past year. Americans generally believe that
Thanksgiving is modeled on a 1621 harvest feast shared by English colonists pilgrims of Plymouth and the Wampanoag people. However, as we enter this season of Thanksgiving, let us praise the Lord with our whole heart.
As we do so, we must remember to give thanks in all circumstances for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for us. Let us give thanks to God for His steadfast love which endures forever so, may the peace of Christ rule in our hearts.
- Giving thanks, sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with thankfulness in our hearts to God.
- Always remembering, whatever we do in word or deed, do so in the name of Jesus giving thanks to God the Father through him.
May everyone have a blessed Thanksgiving!
