  • The Word of God

We believe the Bible is the Word of God, fully inspired and without error in the original manuscripts, written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and the absolute authority both in faith and conduct.

  • The Trinity

We believe that there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

  • God the Father (Yahweh)

We believe God the Father (Yahweh) is the creator of heaven and earth.

We believe He is sovereign, all powerful, embodying perfect love, holiness, wisdom and care.

We believe He desires a personal relationship with humanity, a connection that is established through Jesus Christ His son.

  • Jesus Christ

We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit.

We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles and teachings.

We believe through His sacrificial death, took the place of humanity, bearing the divine punishment of sin so that individuals may achieve reconciliation with God the Father and have eternal life.

We believe in Jesus’ death and resurrection on the third day, His ascension into heaven, His perpetual intercession for His people, His personal and imminent return and being the Righteous Judge.

  • Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is the “Comforter” (Helper, Advocate, Intercessor) who will teach us all things and bring to our remembrance all things spoken in the Word of God.

  • Man

We believe man was created in the image of God.

We believe because of Adam’s disobedience, sin, death and suffering entered the world resulting in all human beings to be born with a sinful nature.  Thereby, the subsequent need for God’s grace and redemption through Jesus Christ.

  • The Church (Ekklesia)

We believe the church (Ekklesia) of the Lord Jesus Christ is a body of believers who have been born again, baptized, who assemble in local fellowship to worship, carry forth the great commission, and minister as the Holy Spirit leads.

  • Salvation (Born Again)

We believe that all who by faith received the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior are born again in spirit, receiving the Holy Spirit and a new nature and are made a part of the Body of Christ.  The terms of salvation are repentance from sin toward God and a personal, heartfelt faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.  This salvation is entirely by the grace of our Lord and not of works.

We believe that each believer has direct access to God the Father through the Lord Jesus Christ.  Each person must believe for himself, be baptized for himself, obey for himself and answer to God for himself.

  • Ordinances

We believe that the two ordinances of the church which are direct commandments of the Lord are Water Baptism and the Lord’s Supper.

  • Water Baptism

Water Baptism is a symbol of the Christian’s identification with the death, burial and resurrection of Christ.  It is to be by full immersion in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

  • Lord’s Supper

The Lord Supper is a memorial of the death, resurrection and second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and should be observed only by believers after solemn self-examination.

  • Apostolic Ministry

We believe in the foundation work of the apostolic ministry which is to preach the gospel, heal the sick, cast out demons in the Name of Jesus, and to equip believers to mature in their faith and fulfill their God-given purpose.

  • Baptism of the Holy Spirit

We believe in the supernatural ministry of the Holy Spirit and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit which empowers, guides, teaches and bestows spiritual gifts. The Gifts of the Spirit include word of wisdom, word of knowledge, faith, gifts of healing, working of miracles, prophecy, discernment of spirits, different kinds of tongues and interpretation of tongues.

  • Second Coming of Christ

We believe in the visible return of Christ Jesus to this earth in power and glory first to rapture His church and later to establish His eternal kingdom.

  • Resurrection

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust, the eternal punishment in Hell for the unbeliever and everlasting life in the presence of God for the believer.

  • Marriage Covenant

We believe marriage is a sacred lifelong union between one man and one woman instituted by God in Genesis and affirmed by Jesus in Matthew. We believe the marriage covenant is meant to be exclusive, intimate and reflect Christ’s relationship with the church as described in Ephesians. We believe marriage serves as a basis for family, procreation and the upbringing of children and it is a path to spiritual growth for both partners.
