Family,

Our assembly’s mission is to occupy the marketplace to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the people while fostering discipleship and new engagement in the building of God’s kingdom.

Marketplace evangelism is sharing the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in any place outside of your home such as on your job, the grocery store, your neighborhood, your school, or when you’re on vacation.

We should always look for opportunities to share the Good News of Jesus Christ so look to engage in natural conversation, but never force the Gospel on anyone. Pray and ask God to guide you and give you His words to share. It’s important to build relationships with people and not immediately begin evangelizing. When engaging, listen well and meet people where they are. Treat other cultures and faith traditions with respect. When the opportunity arises, share the

Gospel message.

Here’s the Gospel message:

God is the creator of heaven and earth
The fall of man because of sin and how it separated mankind from God
Who Jesus is
What Jesus did to redeem mankind back to God
How receiving Jesus as your Savior has changed your life

As we move forward in marketplace ministry, be encouraged to know the harvest is ready to hear the Word of God. Someone is waiting for you!
