A Time for Reset

Body of Christ,

For all whose faith has failed or in the process of failing due to adverse life circumstances and for all who have become off track in their relationship with the Lord due to not diligently reading His Word, fasting and praying or worshiping Him, the Lord Jesus Christ desires to reset your life. The Lord desires to give you a new beginning, a fresh start.

There may be a time you need a reset because you fell back into committing sinful acts. The good news is when you acknowledge your sin to God and do not cover up the immoral acts but instead confess everything done that was against His Word; God will forgive the guilt of your sin and you can ask Him to have a reset, a new beginning, a fresh start.

The Lord says if you desire a reset, a new beginning, a fresh start, you must first acknowledge the need for a reset. For, the day you acknowledge the need for a reset, He will grant it.

For your life to have a reset, you must have a relationship with God through His Son, Jesus. For, as written in 2 Corinthians 5:17 NLT “Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person, the old life is gone, a new life has begun.”

The Lord says as you seek Him to reset your life, “Don’t copy the behaviors and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will know God’s will for your life.” (Romans 12:2 NLT) This is important because the world’s ways and customs are often prideful, covetous, selfish, stubborn, deceitful and arrogant. If you find yourself exhibiting these behaviors, you must pray and ask the Lord to renew your mind or change the way you think.

If you find that your faith is failing or has failed and our in a need of a reset, cry out to the Lord and ask Him to place you on His potter’s wheel. For just a potter molds and shapes clay defects appear. The potter has the power over the clay to permit the defects to stay or to reshape the pot. In being on the Lord’s potter wheel, you must yield to Him and His methods of shaping and molding you. The process will not be without discomfort, but, when the process is complete, your life shall be reset to be used of God to fulfill His purpose and plan. His plan is for you to participate in fulfilling the Great Commission which is to share the Good News of the Gospel to all mankind, to lay hand on the sick that they may be healed and to cast out demons in Jesus’ Name.

The time for your reset is of the essence!!!
